The course –
The 21 Stages of Meditation

“When we meditate we begin where we are as we are. Then we steadily sharpen our consciousness, clear our mind and strengthen our body; this happens in stages. It doesn’t happen all at once nor can it be forced. Realization is when the You within you works – and you relax. Even though Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is the fastest path we know of, it still takes time and requires moving through the stages of development, continuously refining and perfecting the contemplative skills of each stage.” Gurucharan Singh Khalsa

This deeply transformative course consists of 3 journeys, each of them with 7 stages – which then make up the 21 stages of meditation.

1st journey: Self Cristallization
2nd journey: Self Expresssion
3rd journey: Self Transcendence

Your course instructor:

Bibi Nanaki

The teachings of Kundalini Yoga touched and found me in 1997. Based on my own experience, I am deeply convinced that it is exactly the right form of yoga for our times, as it works quickly and comprehensively, picking people up from where they are and transforming them. I see it as my mission to pass on this precious jewel to people from all over the world and have been doing so since 2004 in the form of teacher trainings, seminars & retreats in many countries around the world. The 21 Steps of Meditation are like a precious jewel for me. I feel the stages like shining pearls – each one of them perfect and complete in itself, giving you a deep experience. And at the same time they are woven together like on a string of pearls and as such form a perfect, coherent sequence that allows you to dive deep into yourself, experience your meditative spirit and connect to your essence.

I am looking forward to this intensive experience with you – supported by the beautiful nature and the community of like-minded people!
